Are there any rate limits to the API?

We have been exploring Pirsch as a potential replacement for our inhouse analytics implementation. We would like to know if there are any Rate Limits on the API.

Hi Shubham,

There is currently no rate limit. Although we may implement one in the future, it would be high enough to support our integration customers. We have a some customers with a few thousand sites querying data and haven’t had any problems yet.

If we’re going to implement one, we’re going to analyze how to set it so that it doesn’t interfere with existing customers, and we’re also going to make it configurable so that we can set it as high as we need to for specific customers.
