I can’t export my data, because of this error:

Could you try again? Maybe it just hung because of high load, this shouldn’t happen usually, but if you ran it while we made a backup, it could.

Also, are you using the API to run the backup? If that is the case, try running it in smaller batches using offset and limit.

No. It still doesn’t work.
It’s not because of the file size.

The problem is the length of some URLs, like the ones, in the example.

If I exclude pages and exit pages, the export works fine, because than there are no super long URLs.

Any updates? I’ve used the backup function inside the pirsch dashboard.

Can you access it and export the data for me?

Sure, I can do that for you on Monday. If I find a quick fix, you can use the dashboard function :slight_smile:

I’ve send you a download link via email.

The main problem is the time on page calculation, which I left out. If you really need it, please let me know and I’ll look into the export tool to support such a high number of different pages.

Its fine withouth the time on page data. But I didn’t receive a download link.

And I can’t download it in the normal dashboard either, because of same bug.

Even if I exclude session duration. It’s still the error, produced by the very long urls (page data, which I really need)
